Passing Parameter to ext/xsl

•     $proc->setParameter("","name","value");
      $proc->getParameter("","name");
      $proc->removeParameter("","name");

• First Parameter (Namespace) is not used yet.

 $proc->setParameter( "", "foo","hello world");
 print $proc->transformToXml($xml);
